NFL Network and Showtime analyst Warren Sapp joined The Dan Patrick Show Monday morning, discussing Jay Cutler's departure from Sunday's Bears- Packers game.

Sapp told the show he won't question Cutler's toughness because he played football at Vanderbilt and ran the option against those SEC defenses from better teams. "They build rockets at Vanderbilt, they don't play football," Sapp said.

Sapp was also asked whether or not he tweeted about Cutler's injury and he responded, "Listen man, you don't question someone's championship desire and their ability to go out and perform their job. You don't do that. Let's not question Jay Cutler's toughness."

Dan Patrick wen to ask Sapp whether or not Cutler acted injured enough and Sapp replied, "The whole thing about Jay is he's always not acted like anything's ever bothered him. It's just been his makeup, it's the next play, on to the next play and he couldn't go on to the next play so he's out of the game. They still had a chance to win the game."
