Butler coach Brad Stevens called into "The Dan Patrick Show" on Thursday to talk about the Bulldogs upcoming matchup against VCU.

Dan asked Stevens how to slow down VCU. You better guard him with a huge sense of urgency, Stevens said, because theyre rolling as much as any team I can remember in the NCAA Tournament.

Stevens said that VCU plays as a team and has great energy on both ends of the floor. Its just a fun, fun group to watch, Stevens said.

Stevens said Butlers experience has really helped them in the week of preparation. Stevens said things are easier the week leading up to the Final Four than it was last time.

Stevens said that Old Dominion, Pittsburgh and Florida could all probably be sitting in the same position as Butler is right now. Thats how close the games are.
