Blackhawks defenseman Duncan Keith picked up a pair of assists in Canada's 5-3 win over Finland in the 2012 IIHF World Championships Friday.

Keith assisted on the game-tying goal by Jeff Skinner of the Carolina Hurricanes late in the second period. He added another point when Jordan Eberle scored an empty-net goal with 24 seconds remaining. Patrick Sharp did not pick up a point in the win.

In other action, Viktor Stalberg was the only Hawks member of Team Sweden to earn a point in their 7-3 loss to Russia. Stalberg picked up the primary assist on the opening goal of the match when Erik Karlsson of the Ottawa Senators put one past Russia goaltender Semyon Varlamov. Marcus Kruger and Niklas Hjalmarsson were held scoreless.

The Czech Republic scored six goals in their shutout of Italy, but Michael Frolik did not factor into any of them.
