Ballot and comments from AP Pro 32 panel voter Chris Berman of ESPN:

Week 15

CHRIS BERMAN (ESPN)

1. New England Patriots - That was quite a message they sent to the

league Monday Night.

2. San Francisco 49ers - As good as they are, be careful 49ers the

division lead is precarious.

3. Denver Broncos - Eight in a row and counting.

4. Houston Texans - Apparently not quite ready for the brightest

lights.

5. Atlanta Falcons - Will allow a breather after they clinch division.

6. Green Bay Packers - Has a chance to wrap up a tough division.

7. New York Giants - Three points in second half versus Washington to

52 points versus New Orleans in six days.

8. Seattle Seahawks - Shutouts are hard to get. Scoring 58 points is

hard to do. Did both in one game.

9. Baltimore Ravens - John Harbaugh changing offensive coordinators in

December a bold move, just like the one his brother made at

quarterback.

10. Pittsburgh Steelers - What was that?

11. Chicago Bears - Is it really going to disintegrate like last year?

12. Indianapolis Colts - Two wins to nine wins and counting.

13. Washington Redskins - RG3's two completions on one leg as

impressive as anything he's done.

14. Minnesota Vikings - Adrian Peterson is Superman.

15. Dallas Cowboys - Win after teammate's death more impressive than

opening night romp at Giants.

16. Cincinnati Bengals - Just when they were rolling

17. New Orleans Saints - Comeback from 0-4 start has taken its toll

big time.

18. Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Remember they're still very young.

19. San Diego Chargers - Giving Norv Turner the game ball a class

move.

20. St. Louis Rams - Clutch late road win leaves door open.

21. Detroit Lions - Playing just well enough to lose.

22. Cleveland Browns - Watch out they've won three straight.

23. New York Jets - Are they really in the hunt?

24. Buffalo Bills - Defense blew late leads at home to St. Louis and

Tennessee. Otherwise, they'd be 7-6.

25. Carolina Panthers - Apparently don't anger these Panthers.

26. Philadelphia Eagles - At long last, the smile for Andy Reid.

27. Miami Dolphins - Played Patriots and 49ers tough.

28. Tennessee Titans - Gave Colts a scare.

29. Arizona Cardinals - 4-0 start must have been a desert mirage.

30. Kansas City Chiefs - Hard to ask them to duplicate effort from

previous week.

31. Jacksonville Jaguars - At least fans saw Tebow in uniform.

32. Oakland Raiders - At least they have 10 days off.
