Former wide receiver Cris Carter admitted to putting bounties on players during his playing days, but former linebacker Bill Romanowski told "The Dan Patrick Show" on Wednesday that the claims were untrue.
"If he put a bounty on me," said Romonowski, "it wasn't very good because it didn't work."
Romanowski went on to say that Carter was just trying to garner up some publicity.

"I just think this is his way of trying to make himself relevant for what is going on now," said Romanowski.
