The NFL has announced that the Atlanta Falcons, Jacksonville Jaguars and Oakland Raiders will each play a 2014 home game in London. Since the Bears are one of the Falcons’ five non-division home opponents next season, and the NFL does not typically schedule divisional matchups for overseas, that puts the Bears squarely in line with a second trip across the water in the span four seasons.

The Bears defeated the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in London’s Wembley Stadium in 2011, the second in a five-game win streak that had the Bears 7-3 before Jay Cutler’s thumb injury.
The NFL sent two games to London this season. The Minnesota Vikings downing the Pittsburgh Steelers last month and Jacksonville playing San Francisco on Oct. 27. Both games are sellouts, part of the reason for the league opting for a third game in the UK.
