After a revealing report was released Friday chronicling the mental abuse that went on within the Miami Dolphins locker room, many are wondering if NFL locker rooms will soon feel the repercussions.

The Wells Report detailed findings in the wake of the midseason saga involving Dolphins linemen Richie Incognito and Jonathan Martin.

MMQB's Robert Klemko joined SportsNet Central on Friday and discussed what the future could hold for NFL players and their teammates.

"I think players around the league will be careful about what they say and text to teammates knowing that if there's someone being harassed or if there's someone feeling abused, they're not necessarily going to have a full picture of it," Klemko told CSN's Jen Lada. "Jonathan Martin in this report comes across as a very beaten-down man for the last two years, but this isn't something that came across clearly to everyone within the organization. So if anything, I think the rules for harassment will be taken more seriously in locker rooms and stressed by coaches and general managers, and players will be on their guard a little bit more, as they have over the past several years just because of the growth of social media."
