Former Packers, Jets and Vikings quarterback Brett Favre apparently has used retirement to win high school state football championships as a coach, become a radio broadcaster and, most importantly, grow a thick beard and hit the weight room.
Is Brett Favre filming "Over The Top 2"?? pic.twitter.com/O6IhbXAAhZ— Steve Braband (@stevebraband) March 4, 2014
ESPN's Steve Braband tweeted out a picture earlier today of Favre, who is sporting a snow white beard and a pair of ripped arms.
No word if he's starting early on a potential Zeus costume for Halloween, though throwing lightning bolts takes some serious strength.
Perhaps he's getting ready to act as an understudy for Kris Kringle in December.
There's a chance he got tired of beating up the Chicago Bears, and needing a new challenge is preparing to fight grizzly bears in his free time.
This appearance is certain to hurt his draft stock in the next game of pick-up football he plays with his Wrangler jeans buddies.
There's even a slight change he's trying to one-up Bears Insider John "Moon" Mullin for beard supremacy. But we're not buying the hype. Do your own thing, Favre.
