The Bears just keep locking up their draft picks.
Three days after the NFL Draft ended, the Bears have agreed to terms with all but two of their 2014 selections, with second-round pick Ego Ferguson and punter Patrick O'Donnell the next dominos signing Tuesday evening. Both players inked four-year deals.
Ferguson, a 6-foot-2, 315-pound defensive tackle figures to be a huge - literally - part of the defense as a run stopper up front, eating up blockers and helping to control the line of scrimmage.
O'Donnell, a sixth-round selection, is a Cincinnati and University of Miami product.
The duo joins safety Brock Vereen, running back Ka'Deem Carey, offensive tackle Charles Leno, Jr., and quarterback David Fales as draft picks to sign with the team.
Only first-round pick Kyle Fuller and defensive tackle Will Sutton remain unsigned.
