Bears re-sign TE Dante Rosario to one-year deal

Bears general manager Phil Emery had a busy day at Halas Hall Thursday afternoon.

After re-signing veteran center Roberto Garza earlier on Thursday, the club agreed to terms with tight end Dante Rosario on a one-year contract.

Rosario, who was acquired by the Bears in a trade with the Dallas Cowboys following preseason, appeared in 15 games and caught one pass for 13 yards.

In seven NFL seasons, the 29-year-old Rosario has accumulated 100 receptions for 1,119 yards and eight touchdowns.
