After a 6-0 start to the season, “View from the Moon” has gone the way of the Bears’ defense and dropped four of its last five predictions.

That stops now.

The reality is that every game remaining on the schedule is winnable, and losable, even Cleveland, because the Bears play the Browns on Ohio’s lakefront instead of Chicago’s.

The Minnesota Vikings, like the Browns, should be a step-over, even with Adrian Peterson, whose team still loses (three times) when he runs for 100 or more yards. The only time the Vikings have beaten the Bears in the past three seasons was last year’s Minneapolis game when Peterson ran amok for one quarter in a game that the Vikings still should have lost but for Jay Cutler interceptions.

But the Vikings are now 2-8-1 and playing out the string in what is likely Leslie Frazier’s last season as head coach. Maybe not, but unless the Bears do as they did last year and hand the Vikings the ball and the game.

Bears 24, Vikings 14
