The game between the Bears and Giants may have effectively been over five minutes into the first quarter when Tim Jennings intercepted an Eli Manning pass and returned it 48 yards for a touchdown.

Because with this win the Bears are 13-1 since the start of the 2011 season when their defense or special teams scores a touchdown.

“I had a good read on it, and a good break on it,” Jennings said. “I don’t know what the receiver [Rueben Randle] did because I was just playing the quarterback the whole time… .I was able to get my hands on it with no one in front of me.
