Rahm Emanuel and Jimmy Fallon made national news when they took the Polar Plunge on Sunday, and a former Chicago Bear joined them.
Ex-Bears defensive lineman Israel Idonije took the Polar Plunge alongside the mayor and the new host of "The Tonight Show."
Idonije was a bit braver than Emanuel and Fallon, who went for a dip in a T-shirt and a suit, respectively. Idonije wore a tie. No shirt.

What's still unknown is what was a colder experience for the man who played his home games at an oft-frigid Soldier Field for nine seasons: the Polar Plunge or a Bears-Packers game in December.
