Three NFC North teams have already made major moves this NFL offseason, with the Bears giving Jay Cutler a contract extension and the Lions and Vikings firing their head coaches.
Still, Florio believes the division still belongs to the team that has not made a significant move.
"I think it's still Green Bay's division until further notice, but I think the Packers are vulnerable," Florio said. "I think (Lions' head coach) Jim Caldwell can have an instant impact because he's not Jim Schwartz, and I think (Minnesota head coach) Mike Zimmer can have an instant impact on the Vikings because he's not Leslie Frazier."
Florio also talked Bears updates, saying it made sense that the team will give defensive coordinator Mel Tucker at least one more season, that Shea McClellin needs to find where he's most comfortable and that Jay Cutler received fair market value for what the franchise tag on quarterbacks was.
