The Bears defender fell directly on Rodgers with his left shoulder taking the brunt of McClellin's weight on the play. PFT reports that the injury was to his collarbone.
He has been ruled out for the rest of the game.
Seneca Wallace has come in the game to replace Rodgers.
UPDATE: WBBM's Zach Zaidman reports Rodgers suffered a fractured collarbone. Rodgers returned to the field in street clothes later in the game but lifted only his right arm to salute the crowd.
