After his three-sack performance against the Packers Monday night, Shea McClellin has been named NFC Defensive Player of the Week.
The Bears second-year defensive end also registered five total tackles (three solo, two tackles for loss) and recorded three quarterback hits, which led all defensive players, in Chicago's 27-20 win at Green Bay.

His three sacks in a game were a career high, and his first one knocked Aaron Rodgers out of the game.
McClellin now has 3.5 sacks and 11 total tackles through eight games, and is the first Bears player to win this honor this season.
