Defensive tackle Stephen Paea is out for Sunday’s game against the St. Louis Rams but the Bears will have starting defensive end Shea McClellin and nickel back Isaiah Frey.

Frey (hand) and McClellin (hamstring) went through a full practice on Friday, with only safety Craig Steltz listed as doubtful due to a concussion suffered covering a kickoff vs. the Baltimore Ravens.

Paea will miss his second straight game with a toe injury and is listed as out along with Lance Briggs, Jay Cutler and Jeremiah Ratliff.

St. Louis cornerback Cortland Finnegan has been held out of practice all week with an eye injury and is on the injury report as doubtful. Starting right guard Harvey Dahl is out with a knee injury.
