Week 20 features a Crab and Artichoke Dip. Check out the recipe here:
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cup red pepper, diced
1/4 cup yellow pepper, diced
1/4 cup green onion, diced
1 tsp. chopped garlic
1/2 cup fresh crab meat
1 Tbsp. parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. green onion, sliced
Mix together first eight ingredients.
Fold crab meat into above mixture.
Place mixture into baking dish.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Garnish with green onion.
Bake for 20-30 minutes in 325 degree oven, or until bubbly and golden.
