Josh McCown or Jay Cutler?
It's time to pick a side. Everybody's doing it. Peer pressure.
We know where Marc Trestman stands. We know where Brandon Marshall stands. Even McCown said Cutler is the starter.
You can't fault the Bears for mixed messages. They've said all along Cutler is the starter and they've stuck by it, even as McCown has rattled off the highest single-season passer rating in team history (if the season ended today) and a 13:1 touchdown to interception ratio in Cutler's absence.
But just because the Bears have been on the same page doesn't mean those outside the organization can't weigh in.
Consider Bears icon Brian Urlacher among those in McCown's corner.
The future Hall of Famer played with both quarterbacks in Chicago last season and now works for Fox Sports 1. On Fox Football Daily Tuesday, Urlacher said he believes Cutler may actually be healthy right now and said the Bears need to stick with McCown.
"It's going to be awfully hard to take Josh out right now the way he's playing," Urlacher said. "The yards are there, the wins are there.
"In my opinion, he should be the guy, even if Jay Cutler is healthy. You can't take a guy who's this hot out of the football game. If I was on this team, I would have a hard time with them taking him out."

Another former linebacker on the Fox panel, ex-Raider Kirk Morrison, echoed Urlacher's thoughts, and had high praise for McCown, his former teammate in Oakland.
So I ask you: McCown or Cutler? Everybody's gotta pick a side sometime.
