A Kellen Clemens pass was far overthrown, but Conte was still called for a clear bit of pass interference, turning a third-down stop into a touchdown one play later.
Conte and Major Wright lost Cook for a 27-yard completion on a third-down in the second-quarter.
St. Louis finished with 40-percent in third-down conversions, not terrible but not good enough when opportunities for stops were there.
