Bill O'Reilly appeared on the David Letterman Show on Wednesday and has some interesting thoughts on a Washington Redskins name change.

The controversy of the name has been stirring as of late, but Redskins owner Dan Snyder repeatedly states that the team will "never" change their name. If the Redskins were to switch names, O'Reilly has a suggestion.

"I’d like to see the team change its name to the Washington Chaos," he said. "So we remind everybody how chaotic [Native Americans] are. To me, I understand the legacy of the Redskins. I don’t think it was designed to offend anybody."

Even though O'Reilly knows there are some Native Americans upset with the current name, he's curious to see how many.

"I’d like to see a poll done among Native Americans, to see if they really are offended," O'Reilly said. "And if they are, then they can change it to the Washington Chaos, which is a great name."
