Jared Allen is pleased with the 'win-now type of staff' that has been assembled in Chicago. The Bears defensive end joined Mike Florio on Pro Football Talk Live at Super Bowl XLIX.
The QB pool in the upcoming NFL Draft is pretty shallow, but that's not a bad thing for the Bears, who can look to Tom Brady (a late-round pick who excels in the pocket) as an example.
