Which coach is college football's best for the money they make?

Forbes tried to come up with an answer to that question, and the list has few surprises.

The business magazine ranked the country's top 25 coaches based on how much they win and how much they cost. The exercise ended up yielding what could be argued as any other type of best coaches in college football list. Notre Dame's Brian Kelly sits on top, with Florida State's Jimbo Fisher and Alabama's Nick Saban not far behind.

The Big Ten landed two of its head coaches in the top 25. Michigan State's Mark Dantonio comes in at No. 4, while Ohio State's Urban Meyer is No. 19.

Those two are running what many would consider to be the two best programs in the conference right now. After meeting in the conference title game last season, the Spartans and Buckeyes are the two favorites for this year's Big Ten crown.

Head over to the list to see where others rank and for a more lengthy explanation of how the rankings were compiled.
