The Blackhawks are 'Larger than Life' in Chicago right now, but 17 years ago the Backstreet Boys took the world by storm with their self-titled hit album. Now, the two groups share an unlikely bond.

The 90's boy band performed on "Late Show with David Letterman" Wednesday night on the same night Patrick Kane made an appearance with the Cup.
The Late Show tweeted out this picture:
While their most recent album was titled This is Us, hopefully the Blackhawks can make the rest of the NHL take a cue from the Backstreet Boys' 1999 hit "Show me the Meaning of Being Lonely" and the Cup won't be leaving Chicago anytime soon.
