No team has won back-to-back Stanley Cup Finals since the Detroit Red Wings did so in 1997 and 1998, but Las Vegas believes the Blackhawks are the favorites to hoist the Cup again in 2014.

Bovada released its odds for next year's NHL season, and the defending champs top the list at 6:1. Closely behind them are the Pittsburgh Penguins at 13:2, followed by the reigning Eastern Conference champion Boston Bruins at 10:1. The Los Angeles Kings and St. Louis Blues (both 12:1) round out the top five.

Other notable teams include the Red Wings (16:1), the Vancouver Canucks (16:1), the New York Rangers (20:1) and the Nashville Predators (50:1).

The Florida Panthers, who had a league-worst 36 points last season, bring up the rear at 150:1 to hoist Lord Stanley next season.
