Blackhawks CEO John McDonough does 'Ice Bucket Challenge'

We've seen Brandon Saad, Andrew Shaw, Patrick Kane, and Joel Quenneville soak themselves in ice water.

After being challenged by Quenneville to do the same, John McDonough accepted his nomination. The Blackhawks President & CEO is the latest person in the organization to do the "Ice Bucket Challenge" to help spread ALS awareness.

McDonough's challenge took place outside of the United Center and he had a little help from Brandon Saad.

To note, McDonough may have had the most challenging of the five so far, as it was a pretty cold and windy day in Chicago — as you can see in the video.
