Following a frustrating loss to the Winnipeg Jets on Sunday, the Blackhawks are kicking off their six-game road trip tonight against the Calgary Flames. Catch all the action on Comcast SportsNet beginning at 8:00 with Blackhawks Pregame Live.

The Blackhawks were feeling confident following their pair of victories over the Bruins and Ducks just over a week ago, but since those games, things haven't been going as smoothly for the defending Stanley Cup champions.

On Sunday the Blackhawks recorded their third straight loss after dominating the first two periods against the Jets, who went on to record a 3-1 victory.

“I don’t have an explanation without saying anything negative. We threw away another two points,” Jonathan Toews told reporters after the game. “We played good hockey in the first two periods, we know what we’re supposed to do in those situations. We just haven’t done it lately.”

Now Toews and his teammates are hoping bounce back during their six-game road trip leading up to the Olympic break.
