Brandon Bollig didn't wait long after the emotional banner-raising ceremony to get Hawks fans back out of their seats.

Bollig scored the first goal of the Hawks' 2013-14 season, putting one past Capitals goalie Braden Holtby to give the Blackhawks a quick 1-0 lead in Tuesday night's game at the United Center.

The goal was the first of Bollig's career during the regular season. Assists came from Niklas Hjalmarsson and Marcus Kruger.
