David Haugh was in the house Friday and CSN's Pat Boyle grabbed the Chicago Tribune columnist for a round of Buy or Sell relating to Chicago sports.

First up: Will Jonathan Toews and Patrick Kane be ready to go in the playoffs?

Haugh is buying it and doesn't see any reason why they wouldn't be.

"They will make a difference," he said. "They won't be rusty; they will be rested."

Will the Bulls have a deeper run in the playoffs than the Blackhawks?

Haugh is selling, because he's not sure if the Bulls can take down the Indiana Pacers or Miami Heat in the second round. He also feels the Blackhawks will at least make it to the Western Conference Finals.

Is Marian Hossa the most underappreciated Hall of Famer in Chicago sports history?

After some internal debate, Haugh is buying this.

Even with Emilio Bonifacio's success on the Cubs, will Adam Eaton end up as the better leadoff hitter in Chicago?

Haugh is buying this, simply because he believes Eaton will be in town all season. If Bonifacio keeps this up, Haugh could see the Cubs trading their utility guy by July.

Lastly: Which Chicago athlete would make the best talk show host?

Haugh listed off Bulls swingman Jimmy Butler, Bears receiver Brandon Marshall and kicker Robbie Gould while also taking a shot at Jay Cutler saying he definitely would not want to watch a show with Cutler as host.

But, ultimately, Haugh ended with with Desmond Clark — the former Bears tight end — as his answer.
