After winning the Stanley Cup and having 10 players participate in the 2014 Winter Olympics, the Blackhawks are starting to feel the effects of a grueling schedule. A slow start to a critical Game 4 has put the Blackhawks in a hole in the Western Conference Final, as they now face a 3-1 series deficit to the Los Angeles Kings.
But that's nothing new for the Blackhawks. Last year, they were staring at elimination down 3-1 in the Western Conference Semifinals against the Detroit Red Wings but found a way to pull out the series victory with a thrilling double-overtime Game 7 win.
