Friday night did not go as planned for the Blackhawks, who lost in an eight-round shootout to the Vancouver Canucks despite their early two-goal lead. Tonight they'll look to get back in the win column as they host the New Jersey Devils.

The Devils (15-15-7) are coming into tonight's game after winning three of their last four matchups. Veteran Jaromir Jagr has played a big part in his team's recent success, tallying points in his last seven straight games. He is one goal away from beating Mark Messier for seventh all-time in the NHL.
Speaking of points streaks, Patrick Kane will be looking to tally at least a point in his 12th straight game, tying his own previous record back from Nov. 3-27.
The last time these two teams met at the United Center was back on Nov. 3, 2010; a 5-3 New Jersey victory.
