It's no secret that Chicago Blackhawks color commentator Eddie Olczyk would be open to the possibility of returning to an NHL bench, but in the meantime, he's found a new coaching position with some of the league's most promising prospects.

It was announced Wednesday that Olczyk and fellow former NHLer Mike Grier have been selected to coach the two teams participating in USA Hockey's All-American Prospects game on Sept. 25.

The Prospects game — which will be played in Buffalo — will feature 42 of the top American players that will be eligible for the 2015 NHL Draft. Rosters have yet to be finalized.

Olczyk spent 113 games behind the bench with the Pittsburgh Penguins between the 2003-04 and 2005-06 seasons where he tallied a 31-64-8-10 career record. He will return to the broadcast booth alongside Pat Foley this upcoming season inside the United Center, as well as with Mike Emrick and NBC.
