1. Control the Sedin Twins. Henrik and Daniel Sedin are identical twins and special talents. They are tied for first on the team in points with 32, and they rank fourth and sixth respectively in time on ice for all forwards in the NHL; when these two have it going, the Canucks win. Stop these two, and you stop a big part of their team.

2. Win the Special Teams Battle. The Blackhawks have had a hot power play all year long. They have scored power-play goals in 10 consecutive games, where they have scored 14 goals on 41 chances. That is better than a 34 percent efficiency rating. They are up against the No. 1 penalty-killing unit in the NHL. They kill 90% of the penalties they take. Whoever wins this battle will have the upper hand in the game.

3:.Feed the Patrick’s:  Patrick Kane and Patrick Sharp have been unbelievably good for the Hawks this year. They have combined for an astounding 22 points in the last six games. When not on the power play they are on two different lines, and that’s what makes them so tough to shut down. They both command the puck so make sure both of these guys get the puck. They have 50 shots between them in the last six games!
