Kris Versteeg has channeled his inner rapper — again.
We all remember back to 2010 when Versteeg took the podium at the Blackhawks Stanley Cup parade and rapped for the millions of fans in attendance.
On Wednesday he got back in touch with those musical roots as he arrived inside the Blackhawks' locker room rocking his new playoff hairdo that has already earned its own nickname.
“I call it the ‘Steeglemore,’” Versteeg said. “It’s a mix between myself, (rapper) Macklemore and a little bit of anything else in between. So, it’s got a lot going on here.”
A lot, indeed.
For reference, here's a picture of Macklemore. And we must say, he and Versteeg are looking quite similar to one another these days.
But Versteeg isn't the only player sporting a different hair cut for the postseason, as Patrick Kane and Brandon Saad each debuted their 2014 playoff mullets on Wednesday.
