Pulse Update: Blackhawks staying strong top to bottom

A packed schedule didn't hinder the Blackhawks' recent performance, as they are now winners of three straight and have recorded at least five goals in six of their last nine games. 

The defending Stanley Cup champions have continued to impress from top to bottom, and the Pulse has been buzzing with plenty of praise for the team.

Defenseman Duncan Keith recorded his first goal of the year on a Blackhawks power play during Sunday's 5-4 win against the Edmonton Oilers. That same night, Brandon Saad's record began showing a better reflection of his recent performance as he tallied a goal and an assist to break his five-game pointless streak.

Now the Blackhawks have some well-deserved time off before hosting the Coyotes inside the United Center on Thursday night.
