It's been a whirlwind few months for Blackhawks head coach Joel Quenneville.
Quenneville captured his second Stanley Cup with Chicago and shortly after signed a long-term extension with the club.
But the accolades didn't stop there for Coach Q.
On Wednesday night, Quenneville was inducted into the Chicagoland Sports Hall of Fame at Hawthorne Race Course.
After accepting the award, Quenneville didn't shy away from talking about how much fun he had this summer.
"It's been a great summer," he said. "You wake up in the morning and you've got a smile on your face ... we really did have the best summer of our lives."
