Report: Pierre-Marc Bouchard signs deal overseas

Pierre-Marc Bouchard has reportedly signed a one-year contract with Switzerland's EV Zug, ending his brief stint with the Blackhawks.

 

 

Bouchard registered three goals and 14 assists in 24 games with the Rockford IceHogs.

The 30-year old forward was acquired from the New York Islanders in February along with forward Peter Regin in exchange for a fourth-round draft pick in the 2014 NHL Draft.

Bouchard was taken eighth overall by the Minnesota Wild in 2002, and currently ranks No. 3 in the franchise's all-time scoring list with 347 points.
