NBC analyst Jeremy Roenick joined David Kaplan to preview the Blackhawks-Blues series, and says the winner will be determined by the "flip of a coin."
"The St. Louis Blues did all they could by just stumbling into the playoffs, losing their last six in order to play the Chicago Blackhawks," Roenick said. "This is not a very good matchup for either side. The Hawks haven't played great hockey as of late, but getting (Patrick) Kane and (Jonathan) Toews back is gonna be huge. It's gonna be interesting to see how their health and condition is after not playing for a while.
"This is a bitter rival, there's no question. I remember these playoff games, they were hard, they're physical, they're mean. These are two good teams and they match up very well. This is gonna be a flip of the coin here."
