The Blackhawks dropped to second place in the Central Division on Tuesday night after suffering an overtime loss to the Calgary Flames, marking the first time Chicago has suffered four straight losses since the 2011-12 season.
But is there real reason to panic?
"I'm not panicked by it," the Sun Time's Rick Morrissey said on SportsTalk Live. "For the first time this season though that first goal, I thought there was a real letdown. I thought they just kind of dropped their shoulders after that first goal. And even after (Patrick) Kane tied it up, it didn't look like the confidence was there that we've seen from this team for so long.
"That to me was disconcerting. Panic? No that's a little strong. We're heading toward the Olympics here and I think that's playing into it too."
