The Blackhawks have hit the road and will face off against the Minnesota Wild tonight. Catch all the action on Comcast SportsNet, beginning with Blackhawks Pregame Live at 6:30.

Dave Bolland will be staying behind, but Patrick Sharp will rejoin his teammates as the Blackhawks head to St. Paul to take on the Wild for the third and final time throughout the regular season.

The Blackhawks (29-5-4) became the first team to clinch a playoff spot after defeating the Predators on Sunday, and tonight they'll look to continue that success as they battle to go 2-0-1 against Minnesota.

Back on Jan. 30, the Wild (22-14-2) became the first team to earn two points against the Blackhawks, winning 3-2 in a shootout toward the start of Chicago's 24-game point streak. The Blackhawks responded by recording a 5-3 win at home against Minnesota back on March 5.

Wild: Minnesota's gone 1-1 in their previous two games. After being shut out by the Kings on Thursday, the Wild responded by shutting out the Blue Jackets on the road on Sunday.
