Jonathan Toews has not started skating yet, and he will be out again when the Chicago Blackhawks host the Toronto Maple Leafs on Wednesday night.

Coach Joel Quenneville said there has been "no progress" on Toews, who is still listed as day to day with what is believed to be concussion-like symptoms. Toews has not played since Feb. 19 against the St. Louis Blues.

"He's about the same as hes been the last few days," Quenneville said.

Defenseman Niklas Hjalmarsson did skate today, but he is nevertheless out tomorrow against the Maple Leafs. Corey Crawford will get the start in goal.

The Blackhawks also called up two of their young sandpaper guys, Andrew Shaw and Brandon Bollig. Shaw is on his second stint with the Blackhawks this season; if Bollig plays tomorrow night he will make his NHL debut.

"I havent seen him play but hes doing well (in Rockford)," Quenneville said of Bollig, who skated on the fourth line with Jamal Mayers and Jimmy Hayes today. "He gives us energy on that line, toughness and hes responsible in the tough areas."
