Since the start of the 2013 season, the Blackhawks have taken the NHL by storm. From their record-breaking point streak to award-winning goaltending, Chicago has looked like a favorite to go all the way.
But out in the distance remains the Eastern Conference; a conference the Blackhawks have yet to face thanks to one of many casualties suffered from the lockout. And in that conference stands the Pittsburgh Penguins, a team that not only won every game they played in the month of March, but also went on to pick up All-Star Jarome Iginla in a trade with the Calgary Flames just before the trade deadline.
Now Bovada, an online betting and gambling website, has predicted the Penguins have the highest chances of going all the way this year.
|Los Angeles Kings||14/1|
|St. Louis Blues||14/1|
But hey, last season Bovada gave the Canucks the highest odds of winning the Stanley Cup at the start of postseason, and we all know how that turned out.
