The knee injury Taj Gibson suffered in the fourth quarter of Sunday's 102-72 loss in Oklahoma City has turned out to be a sprained left MCL.

Gibson will be sidelined for "at least a week," due to the injury, a person with knowledge of the situation told CSNChicago.com Monday night.

The Chicago Tribune first reported the extent of the injury.
