Bulls teammates Derrick Rose and Carlos Boozer are "expected to participate" in a world tour featuring some of the NBA's biggest names, according to an ESPN report.

Lakers superstar Kobe Bryant, reigning Rookie of the Year Blake Griffin of the Clippers, Heat duo Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh and Celtics stars Rajon Rondo and Paul Pierce have already signed contracts to play, per the report, while the likes of LeBron James, Hornets floor general Chris Paul, Thunder point guard Russell Westbrook, Timberwolves big man Kevin Love and Knicks forwards Carmelo Anthony and Amar'e Stoudemire fall into the same category as Rose and Boozer.

Organized by Atlanta-based businessman Calvin Darden, the blockbuster, six-game, three-continent exhibition slate will reportedly feature games in Puerto Rico, London, Macau and Australia, beginning Oct. 30 and ending Nov. 9. The players will reportedly be compensated between the hundreds of thousands to 1 million, with some of the proceeds also going to charity.

Thunder forward Kevin Durant, the league's reigning two-time scoring champion, and Celtics All-Star veteran Kevin Garnett are reportedly mulling joining the star-studded tour, while Magic All-Star center Dwight Howard is said to have declined, citing the need for rest after a busy offseason of overseas travel. The report cautioned that the tour has not yet been finalized and as demonstrated with the mild exodus of NBA players expressing interest in playing abroad during the ongoing NBA lockout, insurance coverage could be a concern.
