According to the Chicago Tribune's Mark Gonzales, Chris Sale will undergo an MRI on his left elbow. But before you freak out, though, Gonzales also reports Sale says he feels fine.
The MRI is "expected to be routine," per Gonzales, so perhaps there's no serious damage to Sale's prized elbow. But that the MRI is taking place is still concerning, especially given Sale's may-or-may-not-be soretighttender elbow that precipitated his move from the rotation to the bullpen.
Sale isn't expected to be used Wednesday night.
