From yesterday:

The White Sox offense was held down by a Chen, but not Bruce (Wei-Yin), in a 3-2 loss to Baltimore, their third straight defeat. They mounted a late comeback, but Brent Morel grounded out to Wilson Betemit with the bases loaded to end the game.

Speaking of Morel and Gordon Beckham, Chuck Garfien spoke with the pair prior to Tuesday's game about their rough offensive starts to 2012. Both players sounded frustrated but hopeful by their slumps, to sum it up.

David Kaplan previewed the upcoming week for the White Sox in the BMO Harris Look Ahead:

The White Sox will pick 13th in this year's MLB Draft -- the same pick they used to take Chris Sale a few years ago. And Paul Konerko was a No. 13 pick, too, so that doesn't appear to be an unlucky number.

Around the division: Delmon Young was finally changed with an error for his Friday misplay, Bruce Chen baffled the Tigers but the Royals still lost 3-1, the Indians finally signed Johnny Damon and the Yankees torched Francisco Liriano.
