The Bulls made things official by re-signing veteran guard Kirk Hinrich and agreeing to terms with second-round pick Cameron Bairstow Monday.
The terms of either deal were not announced.
"Kirk has always been a big part of creating the professional culture we want day-in, day-out surrounding our club," Bulls GM Gar Forman said in a statement. "He helps our team in so many ways and Kirk had other opportunities elsewhere, but we are very happy he chose to remain in a Bulls uniform."
Hinrich, 33, has started 121 games for the Bulls over the last two seasons and averaged 9.1 points and 3.9 assists per game last year.
Bairstow, a 6-foot-9 power forward, finished a strong career at the University of New Mexico and averaged 20.4 points per game his senior season.
"We like Cameron's combination as a player with his size, energy and physicality," Forman said. "He is a hard worker who will only get better with time."
