The options for Carmelo Anthony have become simpler as the days go on: stay with the New York Knicks and get more money or join a team like the Bulls or Los Angeles Lakers that won't pay as much, but offer a better supporting cast to make a title run.
But for free agent center Nazr Mohammed, who played with the Bulls the past two seasons, the decision Melo should make is quite obvious.
"We're in the entertainment business," Mohammed said. "It's always about the money even when it's not about the money."
Mohammed went on to add that Anthony could take a few million less to sign with another team. But he also believes the superstar forward would leave way too much money on the table if he went somewhere else.
"He might take a little less, one, two three million dollars a year less," he said. "But when you're talking about 60?..."
