Cleveland Cavaliers win NBA Draft Lottery in back-to-back years

There's something about the Cleveland Cavaliers and the NBA Draft Lottery. 

For the second consecutive year and third time in four years, the Cavs were award the top overall pick in the NBA Draft. The franchise had a 1.7 percent chance of winning the top spot heading into the night.

Last year, the Cavs selected UNLV forward Anthony Bennett with the first overall pick.

Here's the rest of the draft order for the 1st round that will take place on June 26th in Brooklyn:
