When Memphis Grizzlies fans began to campaign on Twitter for owner Robert Pera to square off in a 1-on-1 game against Mark Cuban, Pera one-upped the idea.
Actually, it was more like nine-upped.
After sneering at the idea of facing Cuban, the Grizzlies owner called out Michael Jordan and offered up $1 million that would be donated to charity.
And Pera, 35, also added that he won't accept any point advantages from the 50-year old former Bull either. Just straight up 1-on-1, first one to 10 points.
What's with all the 1:1 with @mcuban talk? I'm in, but I would make quick work of him...— Robert J Pera (@RobertPera) October 15, 2013
If we are talking an owner game, get me MJ! I'll up the charity contribution to $1mm— Robert J Pera (@RobertPera) October 15, 2013
